SUBSTANCE: method includes determination of tissue pressure in healthy and affected testicles; calculation of relation of values of tissue pressure in intact and affected testicles. If value of coefficient equals 0.90-0.95, the state of gland is estimated as the initial degree of damage, and if the coefficient equals 0.89 and below, the state of gland is estimated as manifested degree of damage to gland. EFFECT: accurate estimation of degree of damage to testicular parenchyma in varicocele without gland injuring. 1 tbl
