SUBSTANCE: through cutaneous incision one should withdraw a testicle together with a common sheath membrane to revise a cremasteric vein. In case of varicosis alterations it should be dissected. On should lance testicular common sheath membrane along its anterior surface, A testicle with a pampiniform plexus should be put aside, spermatic duct should be, also, put towards opposite side. One should revise and dissect varicosis-altered communicants of the second level. Then the common sheath membrane should be sutured, the testicle should be put into scrotum. Anterior wall of inguinal canal should be lanced to dissect testicular vein at the level of internal opening of inguinal canal. Then comes the plasty of inguinal canal and layer-by-layer wound suturing. The method suggested decreases traumatization of testicular adnexa and increases efficiency in fertility restoration.
