FIELD: medicine; surgical instruments. SUBSTANCE: clamp-lock for bone osteotomy has two crossing hinge-connected blades with rings for fingers on one end and working parts on the other end. Working parts are made in the form of half-rings with groove on internal surface. They are capable of forming closed contour. Working parts serve as guides which accommodate cutting instrument made as wire saw. Saw ends are brought outside through recesses located in upper part of half-rings. They are positioned perpendicularly to plane of clamp-lock rings intended for fingers. As a result, given instrument makes it possible to shift soft tissues surrounding the bone upwards to required space from sawing line and to keep resected bone i any position. During resection of metatarsal and metacarpal bones this makes it possible to separate (saw off) necessary part of bone without crushing of the remaining end. This instrument may be oriented in one plane with bone to facilitate operative intervention. EFFECT: accelerated healing of wounds in postoperative period. 4 dwg
