FIELD: oil and gas industry, in particular, oil well shaft interruption. SUBSTANCE: packer has hollow shaft and sealing member concentrically mounted on shaft to define main hydraulic cavity. Sealing member has external and internal resilient layers with power cord between them, end supports, movable inner piston and hydraulic cavity. Casing is concentrically mounted on hollow shaft. Casing and sealing member are fixed on shaft by means of support and nut. Support has longitudinal channels. Movable inner piston and outer piston are disposed between hollow shaft and casing so as to define together with inner bushing upper, middle and lower hydraulic cavities. Radial channels are made in upper and lower hydraulic cavities. EFFECT: increased sealing efficiency during prolonged oil well interruption time and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 4 dwg
