FIELD: fiber-optical communication lines. SUBSTANCE: equalizer has lug where optical fiber is put, first and second clamps of optical fiber bordering correspondingly on upper and lower ends of holding clamp of lug and control device that positions clamps to level fiber in directions X, Y and Z. Equalizer can have second lug of optical fiber and second clamp of lug. Optical fibers are matched with the aid of control device by movement of clamps of optical fibers upwards/downwards and left/right. Fibers are fixed in lugs by means of hardening epoxy resin. Optical fibers can be placed into tubes instead of lugs. Optical fiber can be arranged in lug at angle with regard to it specified beforehand. Diameter of hole in lug is bigger than diameter of fiber with coat. EFFECT: decreased optical losses. 20 cl, 11 dwg
