SUBSTANCE: flat substrate is equipped with multiple holes, which provide channels in substrate and are spaced by specific distance from one another. Corresponding sets of optical fibers are aligned and arranged in holes, then method involves application of epoxy mould which is stretched over said substrate surface in order to fix optical fibers in holes.
