FIELD: psychology, in particular, professional training of aircraft crews. SUBSTANCE: method involves running individual psychological diagnostics in two stages and sequence of games devoted to development of interaction abilities in aircraft crew and between aircraft crew and other services in situations which are similar to real ones. Aircraft crews are selected using results of preliminary individual psychological diagnostics. During second individual psychological diagnostics, method involves detection of social constituent of professional characteristics of each aircraft crew member in four levels of operations, i.e. aircraft crew member to airship, aircraft crew member to aircraft crew member, aircraft crew member to aircraft crew, aircraft crew member to flight and navigation information. In addition method involves measuring of social characteristic of aircraft crew in four levels of operations, i.e. aircraft crew to flight system, aircraft crew to environment, aircraft crew member to flight and navigation information and information about technical conditions of airship, aircraft crew to aircraft crew. Comparison of measured characteristics and results of played games provides possibility for complex assessment of efficiency of interaction of each member of aircraft crew. EFFECT: increased flight safety due to improved quality of professional selection in training of aircraft crews and forming crews taking into account human characteristics. 4 dwg
