Preliminary characteristics of personal training condition of an aircraft crew as a whole are determined at the second stage on the basis of aircraft crew socionic characteristic property and aircraft crew socionic model. personal training condition characteristics in the course of training are determined at the third stage on the basis of potential working capacity and practical interaction efficiency under emergency conditions. Aircraft crew personal training condition characteristics are determined at the fourth stage on the basis of personal deviations of AT- standard value, specification and valence and changes in behavior style during the training period. Training quality indices are determined at the fifth stage on the basis of collective changes in specification and valence during the training period. Complex estimation of aircraft crew training quality in the human factor sphere is determined by taking into account the whole set of the obtained characteristics.
