FIELD: psychology. SUBSTANCE: trainees are divided onto completing teams with provoking the competitors for performance of conscious deviations from the preset norms. Revealed by the play results and with consideration of psychological tests are key situation-meaningful words characteristic for each competitor typical for critical situations. Then, group and individual suggestive actions by stages are effected. In so doing, at the stage of group action, evoked in trainees by means of comparison of practical experience and demonstration by video of consequences of fatal accidents resulted from violation of the norms of professional activity are emotional stress overstrain. Against this background, the formula of self-prohibition is established with each trainee on the basis of the revealed situation-meaningful key words and with consideration of trainee's psychological state. At the subsequent stage of individual suggestive action, the established formula is repeated many times. In the conclusion, the trainee is imperatively informed on fixing of this formula in his consciousness. EFFECT: higher quality of training of flying crews members.
