FIELD: wound healing means. SUBSTANCE: invention can be realized in the form of adhesive bandage, wound bandage with tissue bridging-like effect, or surgical sheet to be applied above wound. Means is manufactured from layered material consisting of flexible rubber, hydrophilic hydrogel polymer bound to one side of flexible rubber, and an adhesive bound to hydrophilic hydrogel polymer on at least the first part of hydrophilic means. Adhesive is advantageously hydrogel adhesive with cellulose, polyurethane, or polyacrylate substrate, while flexible rubber is preferably rubber preliminarily treated with hydrogel polymer before medical treatment. Pyridichloroacetyl- or benzyl ammonium-type drug may be added to hydrophilic hydrogel polymer on the adhesive-free part of bandage or sheet to provide slow releasing of drug. If necessary, removable plastic can be utilized to protect adhering parts. Hydrophilic means is water vapor- and oxygen-permeable and does not allow microbial agents to pass. EFFECT: improved protection and healing of wound. 30 cl, 7 dwg, 7 ex
