FIELD: transport engineering; land transport; wheels or driving sprockets of wheeled or track laying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: motor-brake-wheel has hydraulic control system, wheel, hydraulic motor whose housing is made in form of cylinder and is closed by end face covers with spring-loaded making plates fitted in. Housing is designed for installation with possibility of rotation on cantilever of vehicle running gear axle on which two blades are rigidly secured. Two axial channels made in axle body are connected with liquid supply unions and with channels made in blade bodies and provided with outlets to their opposite planes. Wheel rim is installed directly on hydraulic motor. blades are arranged diametrically opposite to each other and are connected by circular inner tracer made in form, of shaped ring. grooves made on inner ribs of making plates are connected with through holes made in plate bodies. Grooves of length exceeding thickness of making plates are made on upper rib of inner tracer at beginning of its narrow parts.
