FIELD: mechanical engineering; conversion of all idling movements of machine members into useful work. SUBSTANCE: energy recovering unit has a rotary engine whose stator consists of two parts, forming ring chamber with intake port in combination with rotor section, end face cover, sealing rotor and bypass part and working chamber with outlet port, sealing rotor and covers. Engine is coupled with rotary hydraulic motor provided with stator with stators and two-section rotor installed on central bearings of covers. Rotor forms two diametrically arranged crescent-shaped chambers with walls of stator space. Each wheel is installed on shaft of reversible hydraulic motor with cutoff member by means of fixing chamber overlapping in upper position like drive of machine actuators. Hydraulic motors are connected by pipelines with a distributor and closed cylinder with air cushion. Hydraulic motor connected by pipelines with the distributor is coupled with shaft of electric generator. Pipelines of pump plunger pairs with intake and outlet ports-valves are connected with distributor. Pipelines are coupled with housing of wheel hydraulic motors and body of machined converting vibration energy of vehicle in vertical relative to road bed into translational movement of liquid increasing volume of working medium, i.e. translational motion of machine. Hydraulic motors of actuators of mounted equipment recover energy of gravitation ar braking in process of lowering of lifted weights by loading of electric generator by storage battery and resistor heating working medium of engine.
