FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed universal energy recovering unit includes vane engine with housing provided with straight-flow channel and two rotor shafts installed in channel in tandem in direction of gas flow. Stators from on periphery two diametrically opposite chambers divided by rocking overlapping devices with passage ports at both sides. Heat power source is installed in said channel between supply and working pairs of chambers and is made in form of burner with solid hydrocarbon fuel feeder and nozzle for liquid and gaseous fuel. Burning flame is directed between two screens, and electric light energy radiator in form of vacuum tube is installed before light absorbing screen. Each wheel of vehicle is installed on shaft of reversible hydraulic motor which utilizes braking energy. Energy of vertical vibrations of vehicle is also utilized. EFFECT: reduced fuel consumption of vehicle. 5 dwg
