FIELD: lubricating fluids. SUBSTANCE: system is designed to purify lubricating fluids employed in metal cutting operations. System includes lubricating fluids preparation unit and metal cutting complex containing supply facilities, apparatus for removing extraneous impurities and suspended particles from lubricating fluids, and installation for restoring operational properties of biologically damaged lubricating fluids with damage degree exceeding allowable value, which is mounted for periodical inclusion between purification apparatus of metal cutting complex, on one hand, and supply facility and preparation unit, on the other hand. System also contains area where lubricating fluids are separated into aqueous and oil phases by ultrafiltration or heat decomposition technique. This area can be periodically connected to purification apparatus outlet or to restoration installation outlet and is additionally provided with apparatuses for antimicrobial treatment of aqueous and oil phase of separated fluid. System on the whole is provided with lubricating fluid-accumulation tanks in corresponding process stages, pipelines, shut-off facilities, and measuring instruments.
