FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: centrifugal concentrator for concentration of mineral resources includes a frame, feeding and unloading devices, a bowl in the form of truncated cone rigidly mounted on the shaft, one end of which is mounted on the frame to exclude rotation of the bowl about its axis, a bearing mounted on the other end of the shaft, and a pin which is rigidly connected through a carrier having a groove for adjusting the angle of inclination, and provided with a drive shaft imparting a movement along the bowl circle cone. The concentrator is provided with scrolls for discharging concentrate and tailings, a funnel rigidly connected to a distributor in the form of a cylinder. A hinge is configured on the universal coupling principle, where the bowl shaft is rigidly fixed on the hinge and made in the form of water conduit with openings for supplying water to the bowl grooves. The larger base of the bowl is located on the side of the hinge. The carrier groove is made in the form of an arc, each point of which is equidistant from the intersection point of the hinge axes.
EFFECT: increased concentrator efficiency.
