FIELD: environment control technology. SUBSTANCE: device has bath-like cylindrical or other receiving reservoir with annular-shaped floating body in its upper zone. Inlet openings are located directly under this floating body. Located below aforesaid floating body is funnel-shaped suction vessel which surrounds receiving reservoir. Upper edge of suction vessel is positioned with suction clearance relative to lower side of floating body. Width of suction clearance is adjustable. Drawing out pipes are brought into receiving reservoir. Aforesaid device due to proper arrangement of its components and adjustable suction clearance ensures efficient collection of floating fouling liquids from water surface at minimal catching of water even with wavy water surface.
