FIELD: environmental protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of environment during technical operation of main oil pipelines and can be used for collection of oil or oil products under ice cover of seas, water reservoirs and rivers. Method includes localization of oil contaminating spot by installation of boom, performance in ice of ice-hole 10 across, for example, river above oil spot relative to river flow, installation along ice hole 10 of winches 8. At the edge of transverse ice hole 10, oil gathering unit 9 is installed, to which cables 7 are connected, free ends of which are connected to drums of winches 8 and to longitudinal small booms 4 with holes (perforation), fixed from below to grid 2, on which material is fixed, made in form of sponge 3 of foamed polyurethane. Said sponge 3 is sutured on flexible suture in longitudinal and transverse directions. Grid 2 with sponge 3 and system of longitudinal small booms 4 with holes (with perforation), holes of which are directed towards sponge 3, lowered under ice in floating condition, note here that free ends of small booms 4 with holes are connected to side wall of transverse polyethylene pipe-float 5 under ice, which is plugged at both ends. As a result, the device under the ice takes a horizontal shape in a floating state, is pressed to the ice surface by additionally pumping the hot heat flow into small booms 4 with holes. Heat carrier 6 is used as a supply of hot heat flow communicated via hose 11 with cavity of small booms 4 on the side with fixed connections in the form of ropes 7, at that booms 4 are made in the form of pneumatic line and float state is accepted with pressing to ice surface. As a result of holding sponge 3 of foamed polyurethane under ice and arranged in horizontal position of grid 2 with system of longitudinal small bones 4 with holes and with transverse polyethylene pipe-float 5, thus heated oil (oil products) is easily absorbed by sponge 3 without water, and oil is collected into oil intake assembly 9. Combustion chamber of heat carrier 6 at inlet has distributing unit in form of mixing branch pipe with inlet channels, holes of which are connected to delivery device in form of small impeller, cold compressed air, which is supplied to distribution unit and gas is supplied. Distributing unit has ignition plug. Combustion chamber is equipped with a screen in the form of a plate installed in space and coaxially to the output diminishing opening of the truncated cone. Heat carrier operates in automatic mode and is a mobile device, which operation has increased reliability.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of collecting oil and oil products without water under ice in reservoirs of movable oil layer on large areas in a short time.
