DISINTEGRATOR Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: mineral concentration. SUBSTANCE: disintegrator includes working drum mounted with possibility of rotation around horizontal axis and having diameter to length ratio 1:2. Drum is cone one, it is inclined relative to horizon by 0-6 deg and it has discharging windows with gratings. Charging apparatus is in the form of cone end cover with conicity angle 150-170 deg and it has charging branch pipe whose diameter consists 0.3-0.4 of drum diameter. Discharging apparatus is in the form of flat end cover in center of which hollow apertural trunnion is mounted. Diameter of trunnion consists 0.4-0.5 of drum diameter. Inside trunnion inner helix and sprinkler are placed. Cone deflection plate with conicity angle 160-180 deg is mounted on inner end of trunnion. There are annular flanges on outer surface of drum at both sides of discharging windows. Tray for receiving disintegrated sands is arranged under drum.
