FIELD: municipal cleaning machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: hard-alloy insert has head which incorporates working part and base conjugated to each other. Working part of head is made in the form of body of revolution. End-face surface of working part of head is located perpendicularly to longitudinal axis of symmetry of insert. Side surface of working part of head is created by rotation of section of convex curved line around longitudinal axis of symmetry of insert. Base of head is configurated as body of revolution. Recess is made in end-face surface of working part of head. Aforesaid recess is in the form of body of revolution with its longitudinal axis of symmetry located on longitudinal axis of symmetry of insert.
