FIELD: oil-and-gas industry, more specifically, technique of pipe perforation in secondary opening of oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: puncturing perforator has body; spring-loaded piston-rod pair forming in body of above-piston, under-piston and under-rod chambers; working piston in under-rod chamber with puncturing tool located on the piston and power drive which supplies working fluid and is made in the form of pipe with instrument head. The pipe is hermetically installed on body and accommodates heating source. Installed between body and power drive is adapter which has relief valve actuated by wires passing through sealed tube and communicating above-piston and under-piston chambers and power drive hollow by channels and periscope tube. Instrument head and adapter are provided with safety valves which are actuated by pressures in above-piston and under-piston chambers exceeding the rates values.
