SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of separate ultrasonic spraying of water and liquefied carbon dioxide into supersonic air flow; applying electrostatic opposite charges to water and liquefied carbon dioxide by means of working organs of ultrasonic sprayers; providing predetermined relation of water and liquefied carbon dioxide in each snow particle. EFFECT: possibility of controlling technological properties of artificial snow due to regulating snow particle size and providing uniform size of snow particles.
