SUBSTANCE: when passing conductors such as flexible-bus ones through loop of collapsible electronic device such as portable cellular radio telephone or other wireless communication facility, cylinder, for example, is installed within case for turning in part of loop. Cylinder of preferable design version has slit for receiving far end of flexible bus which is also inserted in slit of other part of collapsible electronic device case. By using this method and device, flexible bus can be laid between two mobile parts of case and ensure relative displacement of case parts without damage.
