FIELD: communication equipment. SUBSTANCE: stationary systemic receiver has direct receiver, reverse receiver and response timer. It is designed for using in radio communication system with direct radio channel and reverse radio channel. Instruction is transmitted in direct channel radio signal targeted to selective call transceiver. Direct receiver is used for data demodulation and decoding. Reverse receiver is used for receiving and demodulation of reverse channel radio signal. Response timer, which is connected to direct receiver and reverse receiver, is used for detection of response time, which starts basically from estimated response time, which is included in instruction. Its duration is equal to said data unit length, which is included in instruction. Also response timer generates control signal, which opens reverse receiver for duration of response.
