FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: separated standard-frequency signal and feedback signal are held in desired state. Separated standard-frequency signal is turned on depending on phase of standard-frequency signal. Phase ratio between standard-frequency signal and output-frequency signal is determined. Feedback signal is sent in response to arrival of separated standard-frequency signal and definite phase ratio. EFFECT: improved speed and accuracy of phase locking at minimal hardware expenses without bringing phase error into phase-locked system. 7 cl, 6 dwg
