SUBSTANCE: mobile radio stations are activated by means of identification number transmitted from respective mobile station to operating link due to the fact that each data block of operating link containing required identification number incorporates reference to other identification number, other called number, other status field, and reference to other data block. After checking identification number of particular data block that contains at least identification number and relevant called number checked for activation upon arrival of relevant message from operating link, communication is established, in case it is active, using subscriber's number. Upon arrival of message about connection to called number, in case it is inactive, communication is established using next data block, provided it is active.
