SUBSTANCE: interim subscriber identifier (IMSI*), a secret key (K*) and an interim set (S*) of initial parameters of identification and authentication are not unique, and the number of possible non-individual and interim sets (S*) of subscriber data is set and is smaller than total number of subscriber identification modules (SIM) equipped with such data sets (S*), so that at any time there are multiple subscriber identification modules (SIM) with identical interim data (S*), and each interim subscriber identifier (IMSI*) is ambiguous and simultaneously is preliminarily assigned to several modules of subscriber identification (SIM).
EFFECT: higher flexibility of use and simplified interface for data transfer to a card manufacturer.
