FIELD: food production technique. SUBSTANCE: this relates to production of food-stuff based on fish fat. Thus produced food-stuff contains edible fish fat and biologically active substances of vegetation origin. Proportion of components in this product is as follows, %: biologically active substances 0.1-15.0, edible fish fat 85.0-99.9. In another combination, food product can contain edible fish fat and biologically active substances made from sea hydrobionts at following proportion of components, %: biologically active substances 0.05-1.0, edible fish fat 99.0-99.95. Ready food-stuff is packed in capsules. Packing in capsules is carried out in medium of inert gas at continuous stirring of components. Application of aforesaid method allows for durable storage of product combined with convenient packing and easy dosing in use. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 9 ex
