FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used for producing high-quality functional food products (FFP), used in diet nutrition, for manufacture of functional and special-purpose food products and biologically active food additives. Method of producing FFP involves preparation of oil extracts based on vegetable raw material with subsequent mixing of portion of oil extract and fat of salmon fish (Salmonidae). Vegetable raw material used is common motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca L.), or Chinese Magnolia Vine fruits (Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.)), or wild camomile blossom (Chamomilla recutita (L.) Rauschert), extracted with oil in weight ratio 1:5-1:50. Content of oil extracts in FFP is 3-50 wt%.
EFFECT: finished FFP has hepatoprotective, cardioprotective, immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory properties.
