FIELD: cooking of food products. SUBSTANCE: plant has bath formed by side walls and bottom. Bath is divided by partition into loading and roasting spaces that intercommunicates through clearance between upper edge of partition and surface of mixture of fats and through clearance between lower edge of partition and bottom. Bath is shut with lid, space for passage of mixture froth to exhaust branch pipe is formed between lid and surface of mixture. Branch pipe includes aid for froth suppression and mixture separation. There is funnel in lid. Roasting space carries guides. Electric heaters to heat mixture of fats are mounted outside guides. Temperature sensitive element is put inside bath. In bath window there is placed metering tank coupled to collector having electric motor drive to feed portions of starting product through metering tank. Limiter and pusher are positioned above lid. EFFECT: design of plant is compact and ergonomic, it allows efficiency of roasting to be enhanced. 6 cl, 2 dwg
