FIELD: medicine, allergology. SUBSTANCE: lignosulfonate taken on the basis of preliminary experiment data is added to cement or/and cement-containing compositions. Lignosulfonate decreases content of water-soluble Cr⁶⁺ in cement and/or cement-containing composition to value less 0.1 x 10^-3. This selected lignosulfonate is added to cement and/or cement-containing compositions before or during water addition in preparing fresh cement-containing mixtures. Method decreases allergy by using a substance that retains its properties in dry cement-containing mixtures and showing safety in terms of labor hygiene.
