FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additive to cement. Technical result is additive to cement includes expanding material containing free lime, hydraulic connection, calcium sulphate anhydrite and substance containing tin sulphate. Substance containing tin sulphate, used in amount of 0.2-0.8 parts by weight in terms of tin sulphate on common 100 weight parts of said additive to cement containing tin sulphate. Invention is developed in subclaims of formula of invention.
EFFECT: improved capacity of concrete grow high initial strength and enhancing effect on recovery of hexavalent chromium and reduced effect on recovery of hexavalent chromium even during storage, as well as and method of reducing hexavalent chromium.
