FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: fastening device has at least one through hole 6 form near peripheral edge 4a of one disk-shaped flanges 4 of feeding reel 2 carrying braid 5 wound on rod 3. End part 7 of braid 5 passes through hole 6 with possibility of sliding and it is secured on outer surface 4b of flange 4 by clamp consisting of thread-formed part 11 made of special ("harmonic") steel and provided with end sections brought into engagement for turning in hinge joints socket in definite corresponding eyes 9 projecting outside from flange 4. Thread-shaped part 11 is curved along opposite parts arranged in tandem to form pair of locking loops acting onto end part 7a of braid to hold braid at flange 4, and return loop acting onto flange 4 to create elastic reaction in clamp 6 providing reliable holding of end part 7a by locking loops.
