FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: device has impact pulse generator with striker and peak radiator. End-face radiator is resiliently connected with body of impact pulse generator. Pump is made with pressure accumulator and water tank. Distributing chamber is installed vertically and is connected through its inlet hole with pump and with pressure accumulator, and through its outlet hole it is connected with coupling pipeline. Pump-compressor pipes at well head are joined with connecting pipeline and are closed atop with gate valve. Peak radiator and end-face radiator are installed coaxially at slide fit in distributing chamber atop and underneath chamber respectively. At opposing movement of radiators, inlet hole of distributing chamber is being closed. At side of outlet hole of distributing chamber, radiators are made with bevels which are angled at 45 deg. and 135 deg. respectively as to their axes. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device improves efficiency of action brought to bear on well and on productive bed. Device requires less metal to manufacture and less specific power to operate which is combined with safety operation. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg
