SUBSTANCE: polyisohydroxypropylene polyisocyanate containing 2.0 to 4.0 wt % NCO groups is foamed in the presence of latex and at least 20 wt % dry matter at 80-20:20-80 weight ratio thereof. Said latex functions as catalyst, emulsifier, foaming agent and polymer matrix.
