FIELD: designing of electronic unit for processing of information of fibre-optics gyroscope or other sensors in base of interferometers. SUBSTANCE: voltage in form of train stepped pulses is fed to wide-band phase modulator for application of auxiliary phase modulation. train of pulses is formed in sawtooth pattern. Rectangular phase modulation is applied by means of shaping special-form voltage fed to phase modulator; phase modulation reduces frequency of signal carrying the information on angular rate of gyroscope spinning and makes it possible to reliable check level of voltage corresponding to phase shift of optical beam in interferometer which is necessary for enhancing the gyroscope accuracy.
