SUBSTANCE: device that has reset signal sensor, series-connected matching unit whose input is used as device input, error detection unit, and single- error counter is provided, in addition, with delay circuit, three code comparison units, two counters, inverter, flip-flop, and two AND gates. Newly introduced delay circuit is used to delay decision on status channel transfer from one status to other so as to raise efficiency of data transmission process.
