FIELD: radiolocation. SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for detection of multifrequency radio pulse periodic signals and for measurement of radial velocity of object. It can find use in radar identification systems, in radars controlling air traffic to detect and measure velocity of aircraft. Detector-measuring instrument of multifrequency signals has two frequency channels processing initial readings with the aid of delay units, complex interface, complex multiplication, averaging, computation of modulus, two dividers, two multipliers and adder, circuit computing evaluation of Doppler velocity based on units computing phase and multiplier connected in series, and two circuits of integration of frequency channels on basis of additional adder and additional unit of complex multiplication together with unit of complex interface.
