FIELD: radio engineering, subscriber and special communication and TV systems. SUBSTANCE: initial signal is digitized with subsequent memorization of reads-out. Each discrete read-out of signal is multiplied by summary pulse characteristic which is formed from pulse characteristics of individual frequency bands in the form of sequence of time reads-out. Each read-out of signal is converted to collection of time reads-out which number corresponds to number of reads-out of summary pulse characteristic. Converted reads-out of each channel are summed up and encoded signal is obtained after filtration. Phase predistortions with alternating build-up and decaying delay functions are inserted into frequency bands. Device for realization of method of signal classification is proposed.
