FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves modeling absence of subcutaneous veins varicosis. Physical loading is applied to all muscle groups of crus and femur. Dopplerographic examination is carried out before and after loading applied. Deep veins diameter increase, slowed blood circulation and penduliform blood circulation in valve zone being observed 30 s after the physical loading, valve insufficiency is considered to be the case. Blood reflux, perforant veins diameter, retrograde blood circulation through osteal valve of the great subcutaneous vein being increased and marked turbulent whirl near the valve being observed more than 30 s long, valve insufficiency of deep veins of lower extremities is to be diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and objectivity of lower extremity veins examination.
