FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves crushing raw velvet antlers and/or coagulated blood and/or raw organs of velvet antlers deers to stuffing meat state. The matter is dried and comminuted at temperature not exceeding 60 C and 10-60 mm of mercury column rarefaction. Blood usable in preparing the biologically active product is taken with needle introduced into blood vessel and 50-450 mm of mercury column rarefaction is created. The so produced biologically active preparation is administered as baths. 0.1 to 5.02 units amount of preparation is diluted in 100-150 l of water at 36-38.5 C. The baths are to be taken daily during 5-10 days. The treatment is repeated 3-6 month later.
