FIELD: reindeer breeding.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with processing reindeer breeding products, particularly, with the methods for obtaining biologically active product of hypotensive action out of embryos of velvet antlers deer. The innovation includes the following stages: reducing raw material, extracting with aqueous ethanol solution, periodic mixing the mixture and filtration of the end product, moreover, as raw material one should apply pre-preserved embryos of velvet antlers deer at 45-55°C up to 10-12% moisture and reduced up to 0.1 mm particles, as for extraction it should be carried out at 30-35°C at the ratio alcohol : raw material being 6:1 for about 72-96 h. The innovation enables to simplify the process of extraction, apply the products of velvet antlers reindeer breeding more completely and obtain the product of high biological activity being of hypotensive action.
