FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: method includes grinding of raw rough component, drying of prepared mince under vacuum, combined with grinding to powder-like condition. Antlers of young reindeers are used as raw material. Prior to grinding, skin is removed from antler. Process of skin and antler base drying is carried out separately, at temperature from 40 to 50°C and vacuum from 80 to 90 mm of mercury column.
EFFECT: optimal usage of antlers of young reindeers with preservation of their high biological activity and increase in antler reindeer breeding profitability.
