FIELD: grinding of radioactive waste. SUBSTANCE: device has body with branch pipes for loading and unloading of material, receiving container, feeder mounted for changing the slope angle, and drive rotor. Device body is positioned on beating supports built into housing of rotor bearing support for turning about its axis. Device body is provided with lock of loading branch pipe position. Feeder and receiving container have airtight connection with respective branch pipes and are made interchangeable. Lock may be manufactured as tongs interacting with disc secured on body. Device allows regulation of material feed to rotor and unification of containers used for loading, unloading and transportation of material.
