SUBSTANCE: device used to clean industrial and drinkable water from mechanical impurities and to demineralize it has cylindrical case with outlet pipe and through holes, filter element with flanges attached to its ends of which one is fixed to case and other mounts mechanism adjusting clearance between slot-forming surfaces and rod. Filter element has slits with diametrically opposite straps. Clearance adjustment mechanism is provided with stops restricting axial displacement of rod relative to case.
