FIELD: transport engineering; road-building machinery. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is provided with gearshift direction pickup provided optimization of engagement and disengagement of friction clutches. As distinct from known devices of similar application, this device uses controlled discharge of capacitor installed in pickup. This is obtained owing to the fact that device has capacitor zeroing member controlled from gear shifted and electric switch. Control circuit of switch is made for selective connection with gear shifting electric circuits, and switching circuit provides control of capacitor switching in. All design versions of pickup preserve received information at intervals, when changing over gear shifter from one gearshift control circuit to the other. Proposed invention provides enhanced stability of signals at pickup output and makes it possible to control engagement of friction clutches in transmissions without breaking power flow and to correct gearshifting lows in semiautomatic transmissions.
