SUBSTANCE: apparatus is in the form of floating vehicle provided with ozone generator, tank for continuously transporting ozone and tank for compressed inert gas. Discharge branch pipe of tank for continuously transporting ozone is joined with hoses secured to its both sides and having valves and jets on their ends. Valves and jets are arranged at outer sides of flying means in such a way that to disperse ozone in water directly at motion of floating vehicle.
