FIELD: crystal growing. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to growing monocrystals and crystal joints in home conditions for decorative destination. Saturated aqueous solution of starting substance, for example, CuSO4•5H2O or K3[Fe(CN)6] is prepared at 45 C and, at room temperature plus 8 C, nucleator preliminarily grown on cord with weight and loop is added. Solution is then cooled to room temperature to give supersaturated solution allowing large crystals with desired dimensions and decorative shape to be grown. Following salts for starting solutions can also be used: , and others. EFFECT: facilitated crystal growth control. 7 cl, 3 dwg
