FIELD: methods and devices for well operation and research. SUBSTANCE: method is realized by setting up various differential pressures on formation. Differential pressures are set up by direct and reverse circulation of working fluid. Cycle of research and treatment of formations is carried out for one round trip of downhole equipment. Packer is checked for tightness at the initial moment of inflow stimulation from formation. For running into well and hoisting to surface of jet pump, use is made of transportation piston swabs. For this purpose, jet pump is made with insert. Pump upper part is equipped with lock mechanism which has spring-loaded supports and check valve for reversing working fluid circulation. Spring-loaded supports are made for connecting rod with spring instead of lock mechanism. Pump working nozzle has calibrated pressure-test plug. Transportation piston swabs have anchoring and adjusting spindles. EFFECT: extended operating potentialities and reduced terms of completion and research of wells. 3 cl, 6 dwg
