FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: steam turbine has multistage rotor with disks carrying rotor blades. Fitted between disks are diaphragms with nozzle blades on rims which form nozzles communicating through diaphragm channels with their central holes. Channels are brought out directly to walls of concave surfaces of nozzle blades, and stream separation zones built up about them have expanded portions at outlet. Shaped slots of diaphragm central holes mount segments with ridges of diaphragm labyrinth seals entering slots on rotor shaft. Segment ends are provided with additional ridges on external rims facing central holes of diaphragms. Entrance sections of segments have holes between shaft and channels running from central holes of diaphragms. EFFECT: improved economic efficiency of turbine. 3 dwg
