FIELD: thermal power stations. SUBSTANCE: steam turbine has multi-stage rotor with discs provided with discharge holes and working blades. Turbine also has diaphragms with solid nozzle blades positioned on rims and forming nozzle channels. Diaphragms are fitted with labyrinth seals in their central holes and with channels coupling labyrinth seals with nozzle channels. The latter made in diaphragms run from zones located in front of labyrinth seals into nozzle blades for their entire length. Auxiliary channels run from those channels. They are distributed uniformly according to height of nozzle blades. Auxiliary channels run through convex surfaces of blades to nozzle channels in direction of steam passage. It ensures suction of steam passing through labyrinth seals at maximum pressure differential between zones located in front of labyrinth seals and steam outlet from nozzle channels with corresponding maximum of its amount. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
